THIS PROGRAM PROVIDES A PATHWAY FOR INTERNAL, RETAIL TALENT TO PURSUE VISUAL MERCHANDISING ROLES WITHIN NEW STORE, RELOCATION AND REMODEL PROJECTS; AND PROVIDES ENTRY INTO DEVELOPMENT CONVERSATIONS SUPPORTED BY REGIONAL VISUAL MANAGERS

The training guide is formatted and paced as a measure twice - install once approach, to ensure employee efforts and time on high ladders is maximized and safe throughout the installation.

This display element is intended to showcase key product styles that make up an activity driven closet.  Located on the feature walls in apparel, this display can be found in New Store and key Legacy store formats. 

This work connects to a partnership with Retail Operations, to ensure product displayed is moved out of inventory and only refreshed 3-4 times a year.
