Ideation 

  • Utilized grass-roots approach to localize in new stores, to lead initial walk through of potential priority positions for locally/regionally relevant product placement + display which led to work as a conduit between regional product insights, visual merchandising + store design.

Visual Merchandising Execution 

  • Led new store teams through decision filter and application of VM directed adjustments to achieve location based directives and themes
